Unsafe YAML deserialization in Foreman before 3.8.0 and Red Hat Satellite 6.11 through 6.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The global-parameter parser passes administrator-supplied YAML to YAML.load, which permits object construction with code-executing side effects. Administrative access to Configure > Global Parameters is required, and successful exploitation runs code on the underlying server.
