Administrative traffic disclosure via shared TLS private key

Hard-coded TLS keys in CloudPanel Community Edition 2.2.0 and earlier allow man-in-the-middle attackers to read administrative traffic. The installer deploys the same self-signed certificate and corresponding private key on every instance, so possession of any copy defeats confidentiality for captured HTTPS sessions. A privileged network position or previously captured traffic is required, after which administrator passwords and session tokens exposed through the interface can be recovered.
