Code execution via freed VVC parameter entry

Use-after-free in GPAC before 2.3.0-DEV allows context-dependent attackers to crash MP4Box or execute code via a crafted VVC media file. In gf_odf_vvc_cfg_read_bs, an invalid VVC NALU type frees a parameter-array entry and then reads its type field to select a NALU count. A user must make MP4Box process the file; the demonstrated consequence is a heap read followed by an abort, while the report also identifies code execution.
