CVE-2023-0351Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via unsanitized contact filename

Published Mar 13, 2023 · Updated Jan 16, 2025

Command injection in Akuvox E11 111.30.2.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through contact data. CPhoneBookModel::SetContDataByString concatenates an unsanitized profile-picture filename into a busybox mv command passed to system. A crafted image must first exist in the upload directory; successful execution can take control of the appliance.
