PEM password disclosure via incomplete archive redaction

Information disclosure in MongoDB Ops Manager 5.0.0 through 5.0.20 and 6.0.0 through 6.0.11 allows local users to read PEM passwords. Diagnostics Archive redaction leaves PEM key-file password application settings in collected output even though it excludes the PEM files. Exploitation requires high privileges and user interaction to obtain or share an archive; the PEM files themselves are not included.
