File overwrite via imported image path

Path traversal in Froxlor before 2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files through a crafted settings import. SImExporter::import decodes imported image data and passes a path derived from the associated setting directly to file_put_contents without neutralizing traversal. Administrative settings-import access and a writable destination are required, and the write runs with the web server process's filesystem permissions.
