Stored XSS via unescaped user display names

Stored cross-site scripting in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute script code in another user's browser. ajaxservice.php accepted the POST name field without sanitizing special characters, while three display paths rendered stored names without HTML-entity encoding. A low-privileged account can plant the payload; execution occurs when an affected page displays that name to another user.
