Authenticated code execution via profile-image extension bypass

Unrestricted file upload in Webkul Software UVdesk Community Helpdesk 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run server commands. The customer profile-image handler validates content and MIME type but accepts a proxy-altered .php extension, leaving embedded PHP executable. A customer account and network access to the profile upload are required; successful exploitation runs supplied PHP with web-server privileges.
