Stored XSS via unescaped FAQ block CSS class
Published Feb 21, 2023 · Updated Mar 12, 2025
Stored XSS in HasThemes ShopLentor before 2.5.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted WL FAQ block. The WL FAQ Gutenberg block stores the Additional CSS class value and emits it into an HTML class attribute without validation or escaping. Contributor access and an administrator-created Template Builder are required, and the script runs when a visitor views or previews the post and moves over the crafted block.
