Application crash via unchecked DSA key pointer

NULL pointer dereference in OpenSSL 3.0.0 through 3.0.7 allows remote attackers to crash an application via a malformed DSA public key. The DSA provider's public-key validation path calls BN_is_zero on a missing public-key value without first checking whether the pointer is NULL. The application must pass attacker-controlled keys to EVP_PKEY_public_check; OpenSSL's TLS implementation does not call this function.
