Tool crash via malformed binary dereference

NULL pointer dereference in cuobjdump in NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit before 12.1 allows local users to crash the tool with an ill-formed binary. While parsing the binary, cuobjdump dereferences a null pointer instead of rejecting the malformed input. The user must run cuobjdump on attacker-supplied input; the reported effect is limited to terminating that process, with no data disclosure or modification.
