Local root code execution via VLAN length underflow

Stack buffer overflow in Linux Kernel 5.5 through 6.2-rc3 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as root through nftables. nft_payload_copy_vlan subtracts a double-tagged VLAN length with the wrong sign, wrapping an 8-bit copy length and overwriting adjacent stack memory. Reachability requires Netfilter, nftables and 802.1Q VLAN support plus CAP_NET_ADMIN, which an unprivileged user namespace can provide.
