Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attribute

Stored XSS in WPFunnels before 2.6.9 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through an opt-in form shortcode. The wpf_optin_form shortcode outputs its email_placeholder attribute into page markup without validation or escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the shortcode, and another user must view the affected page for the script to run in that user's browser.
