Permission-prompt bypass in Google Chrome before 109.0.5414.74 on Windows allows remote attackers to force prompt acceptance via crafted HTML. The permission-prompt implementation lets crafted page content cause acceptance instead of preserving an explicit user choice; Google has not publicly disclosed the responsible function or validation error. A user must open the crafted page, and successful exploitation changes the permission decision without reported confidentiality or availability impact.
