Missing authentication in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI reminder modules allows remote attackers to interrupt service via received broadcasts. The reminder module accepts received broadcasts without authenticating the sender; Huawei has not disclosed the broadcast action or handler involved. No credentials or user interaction are required; affected releases are HarmonyOS 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0, 3.0.0, and 3.1.0 and EMUI 12.0.0, 12.0.1, and 13.0.0.
