Stored XSS in Memos before 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers through uploaded resources. The public resource handler returns attacker-controlled text or application MIME types as executable content instead of forcing plain text. A visitor must open the uploaded HTML, after which the script runs in the Memos origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
