Stored XSS in Memos before 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser through a malicious PDF. The public resource handler trusts an uploaded resource's MIME type and returns application/pdf, allowing active PDF content to execute under the Memos origin instead of forcing text/plain. An attacker must store the file and induce another user to open its public resource URL; execution is confined to that user's browser session and origin-accessible data.
