Stored script execution via unsafe memo rendering

Stored cross-site scripting in Memos before 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script when another user views a crafted memo. MemoContent converted stored Markdown to an HTML string and passed it through highlightWithWord into React's dangerouslySetInnerHTML sink. Exploitation requires permission to create a memo and a second user's interaction with that memo, placing the script in the Memos web origin.
