Stored XSS via unescaped form entry output

Stored XSS in Roxnor MetForm 3.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in an administrator's browser via form text areas. The format_form_data function displays saved form entries in the submissions panel without escaping attacker-controlled field values. No account is required to submit the payload, but an administrator must view the stored entry; the script then executes with that browser session's privileges.
