Stored script execution via crafted Kroki diagram

Stored XSS in GitLab 13.7 through 15.7.7, 15.8 through 15.8.3, and 15.9 through 15.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to act as victims. GitLab identifies the Kroki diagram rendering path but does not disclose the exact client-side neutralization failure that permits stored script execution. Exploitation requires a low-privileged user to store a crafted diagram and another user to view it, after which the script can perform actions with the victim's session.
