Unauthenticated SQL injection via unescaped map parameters
Published Mar 13, 2023 · Updated Feb 27, 2025
SQL injection in 10Web Map Builder for Google Maps before 1.0.73 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through map requests. The unauthenticated map AJAX path incorporates attacker-controlled radius, lat, lng, and distance_in POST values into SQL without adequate escaping or preparation. A page containing an embedded Google_Maps_WD map is required; successful injection exposes or changes WordPress database contents without an account.
