Sensitive-data exposure via reflected unencoded input
Published Mar 14, 2023 · Updated Feb 27, 2025
Reflected XSS in SAP NetWeaver 700, 701, 702, 731, 740, and 750 allows remote attackers to expose sensitive data via crafted input. Affected network endpoints place user-controlled input into generated content without sufficient encoding, allowing code to execute in a victim browser. Successful exploitation requires victim interaction and exposes data available within the application context.
