Published Sep 7, 2026 · Updated Sep 9, 2026
Denial of service in PMMP PocketMine-MP before 4.0.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via a malformed form response. InGamePacketHandler::stupid_json_decode() throws InvalidArgumentException after its attempted repair still fails JSON decoding, and the caller does not catch it. A logged-in Minecraft client can terminate the server process without user interaction; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
