Server crash via uncaught skin geometry exception

Uncaught exception handling in PMMP PocketMine-MP before 4.7.2 allows remote attackers to crash the server with invalid skin geometry JSON. The Skin constructor expects CommentedJsonDecoder::decode() to return false on malformed geometry, but the decoder throws an uncaught RuntimeException. An unauthenticated client can reach the path through a LoginPacket or PlayerSkinPacket, terminating the server without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
