Reflected XSS via unescaped form_id output

Reflected XSS in WpDevArt Contact Form Builder 1.6.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted form_id URL. The code_generator.php endpoint returns the attacker-controlled form_id value in generated output without neutralizing script markup, causing the browser to interpret it as JavaScript. No authentication is required, but a victim must open the crafted URL; execution occurs in the security context of the plugin site.
