File disclosure via unchecked upload-directory path

Path traversal in Webile WiFi PC File Transfer 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to read Android files through its Wi-Fi web server. The change_upload_dir function accepts dot-dot segments in the filepath parameter and resolves them outside the intended user directory. Any unauthenticated user with network access to the app's HTTP service can list files and sensitive system directories; no write capability is reported.
