Stored XSS via unsanitized testimonial titles
Published May 10, 2026 · Updated May 10, 2026
Stored XSS in Netroics Blog Posts Grid 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through testimonial titles. The plugin stores the post_title value without adequate input sanitization or output escaping, so a crafted title executes when the draft testimonial is previewed. An account permitted to add testimonials is required; the published exploit uses an Editor account and triggers in another Editor or Administrator browser, exposing browser-session data and actions.
