Stored script execution via unescaped name field

Stored XSS in Knap Advanced PHP Login 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted name field. The application stores the submitted name and renders it without adequate encoding in the users and activity log backend modules. Execution occurs when a backend user opens an affected view, exposing that user's session to hijacking or persistent phishing actions.
