Stored XSS via unrestricted remote SVG upload

Stored XSS in e107 CMS 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in a viewer's browser through an uploaded SVG. The e107_admin/image.php media manager accepts a remote SVG URL despite image upload restrictions, saves the file under e107_media, and renders it as an image without neutralizing embedded script. Administrative privileges are required to upload the payload, and script execution requires another user to view the stored SVG.
