Kernel crash via unchecked MMC host registration

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows attackers to crash the kernel during failed toshsd device removal. The toshsd probe path ignores an mmc_add_host() error, leaks the host allocated by mmc_alloc_host(), and later deletes a device that was never added. The crash requires mmc_add_host() to fail before the driver enters its device-removal path; no remote trigger is documented.
