Kernel memory corruption via unchecked FIFO copy

An out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel MUSB gadget handling allows physically proximate attackers to corrupt kernel memory through USB data. In musb_gadget.c, rxstate copies the entire FIFO count into request->buf without limiting the copy to the request's remaining length. The path requires MUSB USB gadget operation with a non-DMA-mapped request longer than the endpoint packet size; the published record establishes memory corruption but no further consequence.
