System hang or crash via unterminated handler array

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux ath11k QMI handler allows local users to hang systems using affected Qualcomm Wi-Fi hardware. The qmi_msg_handler array lacks the null terminator required by the QMI module, so qmi_invoke_handler can scan past the array when a message ID has no registered handler. Reachability requires a local user and an active ath11k device; the resulting infinite lookup or invalid access interrupts the system.
