TCP connection interruption via overflowed backlog limit

Integer overflow in affected Linux kernel releases allows remote attackers to interrupt TCP connections via inbound segments. The tcp_add_backlog() limit adds signed receive and send buffer sizes plus 64 KiB; overflow produces a tiny unsigned backlog threshold that drops packets prematurely. Reachability requires an established TCP connection and unusually large configured socket-buffer ceilings, but no attacker authentication or local access.
