Kernel panic via oversized NILFS2 block exponent

Shift-out-of-bounds in Linux NILFS2 allows attackers to panic the kernel by mounting a filesystem with a corrupted superblock. The init_nilfs() and load_nilfs() paths shift a 32-bit integer by the unvalidated s_log_block_size exponent while deriving the filesystem block size. Triggering a panic requires mounting crafted NILFS2 media and enabling panic_on_warn; otherwise the operation emits a warning.
