System crash via cloning failed HSR allocation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel HSR forwarding allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to crash affected systems. hsr_get_untagged_frame() passes a NULL result from create_stripped_skb_hsr() to skb_clone() instead of stopping when allocation fails. The target must process traffic on a configured High-availability Seamless Redundancy interface; exploitation causes a kernel fault and service interruption, with no published data-access or code-execution impact.
