Local system crash via Clang miscompilation

A compiler-induced NULL-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to crash the operating system. security/Kconfig.hardening enabled CONFIG_ZERO_CALL_USED_REGS when Clang accepted the flag, although Clang 15.0.6 and earlier miscompiled the register-zeroing operation. The kernel must be built with the affected compiler and hardening option; the reproduced failure panics and reboots the host.
