Published Dec 30, 2025 · Updated Dec 30, 2025
Use of default credentials in JM-DATA JF511-TV 1.0.55, 1.0.62, and 1.0.67 allows remote attackers to gain administrative access. The Boa web management interface accepts the factory username and password pair user:user without requiring a credential change. Network reachability to the management service is the only reported gate, after which the account grants device-administration privileges.
