Service hang via oversized FTP greeting response

Resource exhaustion in Fetch FTP Client 5.8.2 allows remote attackers controlling an FTP server to hang the client with an oversized response. The FTP server-response handler does not bound processing of an oversized 220 greeting, so a crafted response drives CPU use to 100%. Reachability requires the client to connect to an attacker-controlled FTP endpoint; the demonstrated consequence is a sustained hang, not data access or modification.
