Unauthenticated command execution via shell-interpolated username

OS command injection in Kantar Media SOUND4 product firmware allows remote attackers to execute shell commands without authentication. The login path concatenates the POST password and username values into a shell command passed to PHP exec without neutralizing metacharacters. A single unauthenticated HTTP POST reaches the flaw and runs commands as the web-service account, enabling appliance compromise within that account's privileges.
