Arbitrary file disclosure via PHPTail path traversal

Path traversal in PHPTail on Kantar Media SOUND4 devices through 2.x allows remote attackers to read arbitrary system files. The PHPTail endpoint accepts traversal sequences in the file GET parameter and resolves the resulting path outside the intended log location. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network request can return any file readable by the web service, while integrity and availability remain unaffected.
