Kernel panic via misbounded compile-time string check

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 5.15 through 6.0.2 allows local users to trigger a kernel panic through HID input handling. The __compiletime_strlen() macro uses the maximum __builtin_object_size() for a control-flow-dependent local string, then reads that oversized index to test for NUL termination. The fault requires CONFIG_FORTIFY and CONFIG_UBSAN_LOCAL_BOUNDS, and affected hidinput_allocate() paths panic the running system.
