Kernel warning via preemptible per-CPU read

Improper per-CPU access in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a lockdep warning through rcutorture. The rcu_force_quiescent_state() function reads per-CPU state with __this_cpu_read() while execution remains preemptible, rather than using raw_cpu_read(). The demonstrated path requires CONFIG_PREEMPTION=y, rcutorture, and a nonzero fqs_duration parameter; public upstream evidence shows a diagnostic splat rather than data access or code execution.
