Kernel memory leakage via failed OCFS2 mounts

Resource leak in Linux kernel OCFS2 allows attackers with mount access to retain kernel memory through failed mount operations. In ocfs2_mount_volume(), an ocfs2_truncate_log_init() failure leaves replay_map allocated; d_make_root() failure in ocfs2_fill_super() does the same. Triggering either path requires local high-privilege mount access, and repeated failures consume kernel memory without reported data exposure or code execution.
