Kernel panic via repeated multi-LUN device removal

Kernel panic in the smartpqi SCSI driver in Linux 6.0 through 6.0.15 and 6.1 through 6.1.1 allows local users to crash the system. The pqi_slave_destroy routine removes a multi-LUN device on each actuator callback instead of waiting for the last callback, causing repeated removal and invalid device accounting. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access and a smartpqi-controlled multi-actuator drive; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic.
