Kernel compromise via undersized PRP-list mempool

Out-of-bounds write in the nvme-pci host driver in Linux allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via crafted block I/O. The driver divides a page-count maximum by a byte-sized PRP-list capacity, allocates one list when two are required, and writes PRP pointers past the mempool object. Triggering requires large fragmented O_DIRECT I/O to an NVMe-backed filesystem on a controller queue without SGL support; consequences include kernel compromise or a crash.
