HSI port resource leak via failed event registration

Resource leak in the Linux kernel HSI client allows attackers to retain a claimed port after an event-registration failure. In ssip_pn_open(), hsi_claim_port() succeeds, but the error path from hsi_register_port_event() returns without calling hsi_release_port(). Reaching the path requires an HSI client on the specialized application-processor-to-baseband interface; further operational impact is unpublished.
