Kernel crash or privilege escalation via MRP timer

Use-after-free in Linux kernel MRP allows local users to crash the host or potentially gain kernel privileges through VLAN teardown. The MRP applicant teardown path cancels a periodic timer without blocking its callback from rearming, so the timer later writes through a freed mrp_applicant object. A local user with CAP_NET_ADMIN, including through an enabled unprivileged user namespace, can repeatedly create and delete VLAN interfaces to drive the race; a successful trigger can crash the kernel or enable same-host privilege escalation.
