Published Dec 22, 2025 · Updated Dec 22, 2025
Local privilege escalation in Wondershare MirrorGo 2.0.11.346 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with LocalSystem privileges. The MirrorGo installation grants Everyone full control over ElevationService.exe, although the auto-start service launches that file as LocalSystem. An unprivileged local user must replace the service binary and await or induce its next launch, gaining complete control of the Windows host.
