CVE-2022-50686Network attack vector

Unauthenticated stack-trace disclosure via form-control errors

Published Dec 18, 2025 · Updated Dec 18, 2025

Information disclosure in Kentico Xperience 12.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read stack traces through form control errors. Portal Engine form-control error handling places detailed exception stack traces into error messages instead of suppressing sensitive diagnostic data. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed traces reveal internal implementation and system details without enabling data modification or service interruption.
