Kernel crash via leaked i40e DMA mappings

Resource exhaustion in the i40e driver for the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems through RX ring changes. When i40e_configure_rx_ring replaces RX buffers, it frees rx_bi and reallocates storage without unmapping existing DMA mappings. Root-level access and an Intel Ethernet 700 Series adapter are required; repeated changes exhaust DMA resources and cause allocation failures.
